About KSG
Why KSG Exists.
Modern organisations depend on systems, data, suppliers, digital services and increasingly AI. They may already have governance forums, architecture boards, risk processes, controls, resilience arrangements and executive reporting, yet these structures do not always form one coherent decision system. KSG connects Technology Governance, Technology Risk and Operational Resilience to support better governed technology decisions.
Better Governed Technology Decisions is an intended advisory outcome, not a guaranteed result.
Point of View
Governance Must Work as a Connected System.
These statements describe how KSG views effective governance; they are not universal findings or additional capabilities.
Working Principles
Principles That Shape the Work.
Independence
Advice Formed on Its Evidence and Implications.
Independence means maintaining professional judgement while engaging directly with the people, evidence and working context that matter. KSG makes the basis, limitations and implications of its advice visible.
KSG is not a regulator, certification body or source of formal approval. Its advice informs decisions without carrying client approval authority or risk acceptance.

Founder and Director
Kishok Sunthararajah is the Founder and Director of KSG Advisory. He established the KSG Decision Capability System (KDCS), including the Decision Capability Model, to provide organisations with a structured methodology for governing consequential technology decisions.
The methodology is founded on the principle that the quality of a technology decision is determined not by any single governance process, but by the extent to which accountability, authority, evidence, risk and resilience are considered together in relation to that decision. Each engagement combines structured analytical rigour with practical implementation experience to ensure that advice is proportionate, evidence-based and grounded in operational reality.
